Roli farm’s vineyards produce grapes that, carefully vinified combining tradition and innovation, give rise to this wine, the greatest expression of grape Grasparossa’ s characteristics.
“In nomen omen” said the latin. So Monte Torre wine takes its name from the ancient hills where Roli farm stands, a proper area of  Lambrusco Grasparossa production.
"Lambrusco Grasparossa Monte Torre" was born in this place so rich in history, dipped in the sunny hills of Castelvetro. It is a fine wine, with a strong and characteristic bouquet. It is also a fresh, harmonious and fruity wine. Lambrusco Grasparossa Monte Torre goes well with Emilian food.
