Il Piccolo Mugnaio is a family business. The main farm building houses an ancient watermill still working, that is possible to visit as well as a small farm tools exhibition. Il Piccolo Mugnaio is a didactic farm and the school classes will have the possibility to learn the rural culture traditions and also the bread production process. The guests will have their meal into a familiar atmosphere, with a tipical cuisine, homemade pasta and meat of their own production. It also offers the chance to visit the family “acetaia” and admire the 30 hectares of fields for the wild state cattle-breeding.
The farm has a deep-rooted experience on grapevine cultivation and on Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro and Pignoletto dell’Emilia wines, I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, D.O.P. Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, seasoning and cooked must. Corporate selling point with km 0 products and ready dishes.
