Between Castelvetro’s rolling hills, stands Fava Santino and Sons farm. Located in Belvedere street, the farm has 160 hectares of land, planted with crops that are reused in farming and in processing.
All products are sold directly to the public in the company store. One of the finest products is Parmigiano Reggiano, made exclusively with milk from cows kept in the company. The annual milk production reaches 80 tons. In addition there are a lot of local products, made in the farm, and other food specialities sourced from local producers to enhance the store offer.
