The most valuable wines are collected under the aegis of the founder: a collection that contains the best quality features of the grape variety of the territory. Wines bearing this brand originated from small and rare grapes coming from the best vineyards of Chiarli farm. In particular Grasparossa grapes, the noble and ancient grape variety from which the homonym Lambrusco comes, are cultivated in Cialdini estate of Castelvetro and Belvedere estate of Spilamberto, both in the heart of Modena DOP. The rich and generous grapes of Sorbara grape variety, which produce the classic Lambrusco, come from Sozzigalli estate, located on the fertile and alluvial ground of Modena plain, crossed by the Secchia river. Every Cleto Chiarli’s wine is produced into Cialdini estate’s cellar, which is located in Castelvetro. Founded in 2002, this cellar is dedicated exclusively to this high quality line. Here the close proximity of the cellar to the vineyards allows to quickly bring the just picked grapes to pressing, preserving all the flavors and aromas. Thanks to this cutting-edge facility, equipped with the most advanced technologies, all phases of production are then carried out. Creative and innovative processes bring to life real Crus fermented in "cuvés closes”. Cleto Chiarli labels 11 wines including: - 4 different variations of Grasparossa in purity, like the fruity Prunonero and the classic Enrico Cialdini, which bears the name of the general of the Risorgimento born in Chiarli’s mansion; - 3 variations of Sorbara in purity, like the Vecchia Modena ‘’Premium Méntion Honorable’’ and the Lambrusco del Fondatore; - Nivola, a special blend of Grasparossa, and Salamino, which pays homage to Tazio Nuvolari; - 2 sparkling wines: the Brut Modén, obtained by Pignoletto grapes, and Brut Rosé, obtained by Grasparossa after rose winemaking.
